everything was perfect, efficient staff, unbeatable location right by the pedestrian zone near piazza italia, assisi, foligno and spoleto and gubbio. good food combined with an excellent service. great overall experience.

We had a grand stay! The brunch was a delightful surprise, even lingering past 11am. who doesn’t love a good feed? Staff were dead sound, especially Renaldo! One downside? The carpet in our room was a bit tired. Still a lovely spot for exploring!

The staff were cute, especially the breakfast ladies who made our mornings brighter. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, giving a fresh feel. I particularly enjoyed the lovely city view from my room.

Stayed for 3 nights in this modern and ideal place, truly enjoyed that. We asked for twin room and it was spotless with hardwood floors. Having a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet was a bonus. The service was good.

Jol at the pool was lekker, and the brekkie spread was fresh and filling. Comfortable rooms and a friendly chommie at reception.
A bit of a drive to the old town, but good for exploring other spots in Umbria.

Hotel is great. Staff is friendly and professional. Wellness is perfect for having some time there to relax before dinner, and my room was absolutly perfect. One of best hotels i've ever been and best in Italy.
Just the hotel isnt close to the centre of the town. You need a car or a taxi to get there.

Spacious double rooms in well-maintained art deco style, with attractive views over the hills and decent-sized balconies.
Located in an industrial area. Unrenovated balconies, filthy windows, and narrow, cold swimming pool with added fees for usage. Excessive fees for towels and swimming caps. Noise in the lobby when the hotel is full, with cleanliness issues in the bathrooms, including mold. The overall experience might feel pressured during peak times.

Marina and Valter (at the registration desk) were extrememly helpful and accomodating. All staff members were professional and polite. A very pleasant stay.
